Huangshan Maofeng is produced in the Huangshan area of Anhui Province and is one of China's famous green teas. It is said that during the Tianqi period of the Ming Dynasty, Xiong Kaiyuan, the newly appointed county magistrate of Huo County in Jiangnan, brought his book boy to Huangshan for a tour. He got lost and met an old monk, so he stayed in the temple. When the elder made tea for the guests, the magistrate looked at the tea leaves carefully and found that they were slightly yellow in color, shaped like a sparrow's tongue, and covered with white hair. When the tea leaves were brewed with boiling water, the hot air circled around the edge of the bowl, and then rose straight up to about one foot high in the center of the bowl, then circled in the air and turned into a white lotus. The white lotus slowly rose and turned into a cloud of mist, and finally dispersed into wisps of hot air floating around, filling the room with fragrance. The elder told the magistrate that the tea was called "Huangshan Maofeng". Before leaving, the elder gave a bag of tea and a gourd of Huangshan spring water, and told him that the white lotus must be brewed with this spring water to produce the wonder of white lotus. When Xiong returned to the county government, he met his old friend Taiping County Magistrate, so he showed him how to brew Huangshan Maofeng tea. Taiping County Magistrate was very surprised and asked for some tea to take away. Later, he went to the capital to report to the emperor, wanting to offer the fairy tea to ask for reward. The emperor ordered him to perform in the palace, but the white lotus did not appear. The emperor was furious, and Taiping County Magistrate had to tell the truth that it was offered by Xiong Kaiyuan, the magistrate of Yi County. The emperor immediately ordered Xiong Kaiyuan to go to the palace for trial. After Xiong Kaiyuan entered the palace, he found out that Taiping County Magistrate did not use Huangshan spring water to brew tea. After explaining the reason to the emperor, he asked to go back to Huangshan to get water. Xiong County Magistrate came to Huangshan to meet the elders, and the elders handed the mountain spring to him. When Xiong returned to Beijing, he brewed Huangshan Maofeng tea in the jade cup again in front of the emperor. As expected, the wonder of white lotus appeared. The emperor was so happy that he said to Xiong: "Since you have contributed a lot to tea, I will promote you to the governor of Jiangnan. You will take office in three days." Xiong was filled with emotion and thought to himself: "The famous tea of Huangshan is of high quality, let alone human beings." So he took off his official uniform and jade belt, went to Yungu Temple in Huangshan and became a monk. His Buddhist name was "Zhengzhi". Now, on the roadside under Yungu Temple, where the pines are in the sky and the bamboos are on both sides of the road, there is a tomb tower site of Master Bo'an. It is said that it is the tomb of Monk Zhengzhi.
